If you have returns, please reach out to us at email@example.com with the product and reason for return. If it is decided that we will take the product back, you will be issued an RMA document.
Here are the most common return situations:
We sent you the wrong product:
Notify us immediately
We will send you out the correct product
We will pay for return shipping for incorrect product and will issue a full refund
The wrong product was ordered:
Notify us that the wrong product was ordered
We will ship out the correct product
As long as the product wasn’t installed or energized, we will issue a refund
Shipping will be paid by the customer
Non-Stocking special order product can not be returned
On a case by case basis we will review taking back excess inventory. In these situations, a restocking charge may be assessed, and the customer will be charged for the shipping.
If the product is delivered and was damaged in shipping, please take pictures, send them to us, and we will send out replacements.
