Return Policy

If you have returns, please reach out to us at with the product and reason for return. If it is decided that we will take the product back, you will be issued an RMA document. 

Here are the most common return situations: 

We sent you the wrong product:

  • Notify us immediately
  • We will send you out the correct product
  • We will pay for return shipping for incorrect product and will issue a full refund

The wrong product was ordered: 

  • Notify us that the wrong product was ordered
  • We will ship out the correct product
  • As long as the product wasn’t installed or energized, we will issue a refund
  • Shipping will be paid by the customer


  • Non-Stocking special order product can not be returned
  • On a case by case basis we will review taking back excess inventory. In these situations, a restocking charge may be assessed, and the customer will be charged for the shipping. 
  • If the product is delivered and was damaged in shipping, please take pictures, send them to us, and we will send out replacements.
