Any LTLS product being returned must receive a Return Goods Authorization number from LTLS Customer Service prior to sending the product back. LTLS at its own discretion will either repair or replace the product. More detail at end of this Document.
Lifetime Lighting Systems Incorporated ("LTLS") warrants to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the following periods of time:
Solid Brass Fixtures:
Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the fixture itself, with the exception of the lamp, O rings, and seals and stakes. The warranty does not cover the natural occurrence of the fixture finishes which is a living finish that will change over time. Overtime brass fixtures will naturally “Patina” or change color. This is a natural occurring event that affects all brass fixtures.
Well Fixtures:
Have a limited lifetime warranty for repair or replacement. This warranty covers all parts and components, with the exception of the lamp, O rings, and seals.
Metalistic Alloy Fixtures:
Have a limited 15-year warranty for the fixture itself, with the exception of the lamp, O rings, and seals and stake. . The warranty does not cover the natural occurrence of the fixture finishes which is a living finish that will change over time. Overtime brass fixtures will naturally “Patina” or change color. This is a natural occurring event that affects all brass fixtures.
ACM Fixtures:
Have a limited 15-year warranty for the fixture itself, with the exception of the lamp, O rings, and seals and stake. The Finish has no warranty.
Rock fixtures:
Have a limited lifetime warranty for repair or replacement with the exception of the lamp, O rings, and seals.
Integrated LED Fixtures:
Have a limited 10-year warranty for repair or replacement. This warranty covers all parts and components. Fixtures that are Powered Coated have a 7-year warranty on the finish.
LED lamps
7 years must be powered to a LTLS Power Driver
Power Driver:
Limited lifetime warranty for repair or replacement. This warranty covers all parts and components with the exception of the timer and photocell. Those items carry their original manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not extend to repairs, adjustments, or replacement of a LTLS product or part that results from misuse, negligence, alteration, modification, tampering, mishandling, acts of third parties, accident, fire, flood, lightning, power surges or outages, or other events or circumstances outside the control of LTLS, or improper installation and/or maintenance of the product.
This Warranty is Void if:
Any fixture, transformer and/ or accessory has been damaged by negligence, mishandling, acts of third parties, accident, fire, flood, lightning, power surges or outages, or other events or circumstances outside the control of LTLS, or has not been operated in accordance with the operating and installation instructions or has been altered or repaired by a party other than Vista or an authorized service representative of Vista or any modifications or accessories other than those manufactured or provided by Vista have been made or attached to the device which, in the sole determination of Vista, have affected the performance, safety or reliability of the device
LTLS's obligation to repair or replace its products as set forth above is the sole and exclusive warranty set forth by LTLS. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied. LTLS will not be liable to distributor or any other party in strict liability, tort, contract, or any other manner for damages caused or claimed to be caused as a result of any design or defect in LTLS's products, or for any special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages of any nature, including without limitation lost business or profits including any labor for replacement.
No other warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, exist beyond the stated warranties herein. No employee or agent of LTLS may extend, modify and/or change the terms of these warranties. Under no conditions will LTLS be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or money damages in connection with any breach of its aforementioned warranties
Exclusions from the warranty:
- Small and insignificant scratches.
- Minor misalignments that can be corrected by the user.
- Products that have been modified.
- Led lamps not energized by a LTLS POWER DRIVER.
- Products with specialty finishes are not returnable.
- Special orders are not returnable.
- Fixtures that are not re-fitted back to factory standards for water ingress.
- Change in the appearance of fixture finish.
- Products not meeting these criteria will be returned to the purchaser.
- The fixture must be free from dirt and debris.
- All components of the fixture must be returned.
- The fixtures will be returned as they were received.
LTLS has the right to charge for labor, parts and shipping for the following if one or more occurs:
- Fixtures that are returned in working order.
- Fixtures of which the LED Lamp is bad and the fixture works.
- Fixtures that are disassembled.
- A cut wire.
- A broken part not covered under warranty.
