  • Brief explanation for reason of return
  • Any extra photo documentaion helps the process

We will review your return and provide you with a decision within 2-3 Business days. If it is decided that we will take the product back, you will be contacted for the next steps. If the product is delivered and was damaged in shipping, please take pictures, send them to us and we will send out replacements.

Common Return Scenarios:

Scenario 1:

We sent you the wrong product

  • Notify us immediately! We will send you out the correct product. We will pay for return shipping for incorrect product and will issue a full refund.

Scenario 2:

The you ordered the wrong product

  • Notify us and we will ship out the correct product. If the product wasn’t installed or energized, we will issue a refund.
    • Shipping will be paid by the customer.
    • If item has not yet shipped a 10% Restocking Fee will be applied.
  • Non-Stocking special order product cannot be returned.

Scenario 3:

On a case-by-case basis we will review taking back excess inventory.

  • In these situations, a restocking charge may be assessed, and the customer will be charged for the shipping.
